How do I sign up?
There are several ways to sign up with Write Track Admissions. You must visit to the Program of your Choice and click the “Sign Up Now” button. There, you will be able to complete an enrollment form, detailing your name, contact information, schools of choice etc., which will be sent directly to Write Track Admissions. (Please note: to expedite your services it is important to leave a call back number.) You will receive an email confirmation from us stating that we have received your information and will contact you shortly. We will then assign you an Admissions Expert based on your program of choice and time frame of services requested. The Admissions Expert will then contact you immediately to begin the initial consultation process and devise a service contract tailored to your needs.
May I sign up over the phone, or email?
You can email an initial inquiry request to info@writetrackadmissions.com, and we can contact you to start the enrollment process. Alternatively, you can call (888) WRIT-TRK and a Company Administrator will answer your questions and assist you with the enrollment process.
Why does Write Track Admissions' not have prices for services listed on the website?
The cost of services depends on several key factors: (1) TIME of the Year -- this is dictated by client demand (August - February is very busy admissions season, while April - July is low season and you may benefit from additional discounts); (2) LENGTH of application(s) -- words/pages/characters; (3) NUMBER of services requested -- more services better package rate; (4) QUALITY of drafts already undertaken by applicant -- this dictates whether we provide a general revision(s), or a consultation to brainstorm and extensive editing; (5) TURNAROUND for services requested -- for example services requested in 72-24 hours will be assessed an additional expedited fee (See FAQs).
What happens after I sign up?
An Admission Expert will contact you by email or by telephone to begin the registration process. Please note: to expedite your services it is important to leave a call back number. During the initial consultation, you and your Admissions Expert will discuss the services to be provided, the timeline/deadlines of the services requested, and the final price of the contract. After the contract is completed, you will receive an email with your username and temporary password to “Sign In” into your personalized Page. It is very important to provide your correct email and check your spam folder in case the email is diverted to that folder. Once you Sign In, you will be taken to the “Invoice” tab of your personalized page. You will be requested to pay your outstanding balance using PayPal or direct deposit before you can upload your draft document(s) for review by your Admissions Expert. Once payment is received, you may upload your draft documents and your Admissions Expert will began the editing process.
How does the Editing Process Work?
The Editing Process depends on whether you are in need of: 1) Editing of an existing essay(s) or draft(s); or; 2) Formulating and constructing the essay(s) from notes/summary and a consultation. || If you already possess a draft that needs a general revision then you would submit that draft to the Admissions Expert, after registering with the online system and paying for the service contract. The Admissions Expert would then provide an extensive macro/micro revision and give you a draft to approve. If you have further revisions then submit the revisions back to the Admissions Expert with your own edits imbedded in the document and comments (using track changes). Your Admissions Expert will provide you with a total of TWO macro/micro revisions. || If you would like help with idea generation and outlining the essay(s) before starting the drafting process then we can arrange a questionnaire and a phone consultation to brainstorm the strongest storyline for your essay(s). Based on the notes you take during the consultation call and the questionnaire provided you will submit a complete draft of the essay(s) to the Admissions Expert. Your Admissions Expert will provide you with a total of TWO macro/micro revisions. However, if Write Track Admissions does not received further revision(s) 14 days after Admissions Expert submits revised draft(s) to client, service contract for essay is considered complete. **Please note the following: (1) we provide ONE version of the statement. We do not provide multiple versions (different themes/structure) of a single statement. We will provide you with up to TWO revisions of that single version of the statement. (2) It is incumbent upon the client to view the final essay(s) before submitting the complete application to the intended program(s) of choice. Write Track Admissions is not liable for any oversight in the final product submitted to the program of choice.**
Does Write Track Admissions offer rebates?
Currently, Write Track Admissions does not offer rebates. We may begin a referral rebate program in the future, but for the present time there are no available rebates.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay either by PayPal through the “Invoice” tab on your personalized Page or by Direct Deposit (ask your Admissions Expert for details). We do not accepted personal checks, but in special circumstances will accept certified bank checks. Please consult your Admissions Expert about your payment options. Remember, any delays in payment will result in severe delays in the editing process and you may be assessed a late fee per the terms of your Contract.
What is Write Track Admissions' refund policy?
WRITE TRACK ADMISSIONS does not offer FULL refunds for services that have commenced. In the event a User 1) seeks to cancel services and request a refund BEFORE the editing process has commenced or been completed, OR 2) a User signs up for services and agrees to contract terms prior to making partial or full payment, and before the editing process has commenced or been completed, User will be assessed a seasonal hourly fee for the time expended towards the contracted services including but not limited to, initially drafting/editing, phone and in-person consultations, emails, and other correspondence. Once services are completed NO refund (Partial or Full) will be granted. This policy is due to the subjective nature of the editing process AND the outcome of the admissions process. **Please visit the Site Terms & Conditions for more refund information.**
What differentiates your company from other admissions consulting companies?

Will you provide me with an objective assessment of my prospect for admissions?
Our goal is to increase your chances of admissions at your top-choice school(s). However, we are very realistic and will be completely candid about your prospects of admissions. Based on years of experience, we will advise you on which schools/programs to apply to and how to strategically increase your chances of admission.
Can we select individual services, instead of comprehensive services?
Yes, Write Track Admissions offers "à la Carte" services. The benefit of a comprehensive package is lower overall cost and consistency in the application if undertaken by one Admissions Expert.
Why does Write Track Admissions' not offer guarantees of Admissions, like other admissions consulting services?
Guaranteeing admission to almost any school is impossible. The admissions process is often quite convoluted and many factors go into the decisions of the admissions committees, including the number of applicants, requirements for diversity, and financial resources of the school. Some believe it is a "crap shoot" where an applicant can be accepted to a Top 5 school but not a Top 50 school. While we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee admissions, we do use our years of expertise to assure the client that we will increase their chances of admissions.
Will you write my essays and personal statements for me?
Admissions committees tend to pay particularly close attention in determining whether your character in fact reflects the school's values. This evaluation is primarily carried out through your Essays and various other written materials. Therefore, these materials, especially your essays, need to illustrate YOUR unique personality, objectives, and writing style. For that reason, ONLY YOU can draft your essays. However, as part of our comprehensive services in the initial consultation call, your Admissions Expert will help you formulate ideas for your essay(s). We will then require you to produce a draft, albeit rough, of your ideas, and work with you to transform those ideas into winning admissions essays.
Who will be my Admissions Expert?
Admissions Expert are assigned to a client based on a number of factors including, availability to fully service a client, expertise in the area of admissions and, in some cases, geographic location.
How will I work with my Admissions expert?
Interaction with your Admissions Expert will begin with an initial consultation call or email and will be followed by interaction through your personalized page on the Write Track Admissions website. You are also welcome to call/email the Admissions Expert to discuss drafts and ideas for their application. In order to better manage and organize your drafts and notes, you will be advised to primarily use your Write Track Admissions personalized page for all document interaction with your Admissions Expert.
Is Write Track Admissions available by phone?
Yes. Our number is 888-WRIT-TRK (888-974-8875). Feel free to call any time and leave a detailed message with your name and the name of your Admissions Expert. We will then strive to return your call as soon as we can, which will usually be within 24 hours.
What is the policy on adding services after the initial contract is finalized?
Often clients request certain services to specific schools, only to later realize that they applied to too few or that their new admissions exam scores enable them to apply to more "reach" schools. Because of our unique personalized page system, all your information is stored, so you will simply contact the Company Administrator (administrator@writetrackadmissions.com) asking for Additional Services. We will then add the services to your existing contract and produce an invoice for payment. Please also inquire about possible discounts for returning clients.
What is your policy on meeting deadlines? Can I have your services expedited if I am in a rush to submit my applications?
Our goal is to provide you with ample time before the application deadline in order to give you a chance to finalize and submit your applications without worry of issues that may come up at the last minute. Deadlines are agreed upon and set at the start of the contract, however, they are adjustable with the consent of both parties. Any delays by the client in turning in drafts or revisions to the Admissions Expert can hinder your chances of admissions. The usual turnaround time for services is 5-7 business days. However, we do provide expedited service for an additional cost. Please make sure to (1) indicate on the enrollment form your desired “Turnaround Time for Services Requested” and (2) communicate your exact deadlines to the Write Track Admissions personnel during your initial consultation call/email. We will then provide you with a realistic timeline in order to meet your deadlines. Expedited services are charged as follows: 72-24 hours will be assessed at an additional 20% of the contract fee for that specific service AND 24 hours or less will be assessed at an additional 35% of the contract fee for that specific service.
